What to Expect: Your ThoroughCare Discovery Call

You’re all set! The appointment is made. 

Below, we’ll outline a few areas of conversation you can expect during your ThoroughCare discovery call. We’ll also provide a few resources to give you a better idea of what our software solution is capable of.

This information will help you prepare for a productive discussion and make the most of your time, ensuring we’re the right fit for you. 

We’ve worked with more than 600 clinics and physician practices nationwide as they’ve implemented an array of care coordination solutions. Along the way, we’ve encountered many different questions and many different providers’ needs.

Our more specific digital solutions revolve around proactive care management and wellness programs. Like the care plan, we recommend that you research your desired solution prior to your meeting

Healthcare Analytics

To support and expand the capabilities of our core solutions, you can utilize ThoroughCare’s healthcare analytics platform. With it, it’s possible to filter and visualize patient and practice data to drill down and distill actionable insights.

What Will Be Covered on My Discovery Call?

Your conversation with a ThoroughCare representative will be approximately 30 minutes

During this time, you’ll have ample opportunity to ask questions about our software solutions. You’ll also receive further insights on how ThoroughCare can help you address the specific challenges you wish to solve. 

To do this, a team member will cover a few particular topics with you to better understand your organization and needs. We’ll use this opportunity to learn more about you, just as you’ll be doing to discover more about us

Areas of conversation will include:

  • Information about other software solutions you currently use
  • The number of patients you serve
  • Future needs for software and digital technologies
  • Your purchasing process
  • Your preferences for a product demonstration
  • Additional information about your organization

To make the most of your discovery session, we recommend being prepared to discuss these items. This information will help us work with you throughout the sales and implementation process, ensuring our solutions add value to your organization. It will also help inform a live software demonstration, as we’ll cover below. 

How Much Does ThoroughCare Cost?

We offer three subscription packages that are based on patient population size. These are accompanied by added programs and services that support your base ThoroughCare plan.

Each package supports core features and tools that scale with the number of individuals you serve. Your selection may be influenced by the needs of your practice or organization. Each package and its cost are detailed on our pricing page

We highly recommend reviewing this information prior to your ThoroughCare discovery call.

In addition to your choice of software package, you’ll need to determine which care management or wellness programs you’d like to offer, as well as if you’ll require any value-added services, such as multiple EHR integrations or Remote Patient Monitoring devices. 

These elements will include a secondary fee added to your base package.

Would You Like to Schedule a Live Demonstration?

As we learn more about your organization and needs, we’ll use your discovery call to schedule a live software demonstration tailored to you. This demo will provide you with a detailed look at the exact solution you’re interested in. 

This demo will occur at a later date, and it will run for approximately 60 minutes

During this, you will view a mock ThoroughCare site with stand-in patient data. The demo will cover workflow specific to the solution you’re viewing. The experience can be as high-level or granular as you prefer, with room for questions. 

That said, there’s no need to feel overwhelmed if you would rather receive a macro preview of our software. You will receive additional training opportunities down the road to help you understand specific functionality. 

As we mentioned above, we suggest reviewing the rules and requirements for each care management and wellness program prior to your discovery session and live product demo. This information will not be reviewed during these times.
