But how do you make the most of one?

What Care Management Solutions Are Best For You?

It helps to have a basic understanding of the programs we support. 

During a demo call, we won’t necessarily cover what they are or how they work. 

We’ll simply show you how ThoroughCare’s software helps manage them. We want to focus your attention on exactly where we can provide assistance.

It’s important to do some dedicated research. Especially if your organization is new to Medicare’s value-based methods of care. 

There are various rules and regulations to understand, as well as expectations of cost and required resources. 

More than likely, if you’re ready to book a demo, you already know all this

We strongly recommend reading whatever one is most appropriate for your needs. 

Doing so will provide you with questions to toss toward our representative. This will enable a deeper dive into ThoroughCare’s software.

Know What ThoroughCare Is

ThoroughCare simplifies care management and wellness programs through intuitive software. We are a software provider. Our team has worked in the healthcare industry for years. We know that many software companies are not creating solutions that are clinician-friendly. 

If technology makes your job more difficult, your patients ultimately lose. 

We started ThoroughCare to give providers a better resource for Medicare program management.

Our software revolves around a patient-centered care plan. Our clinical staff created our content and workflows with patients in mind.

Know What ThoroughCare Isn’t 

ThoroughCare is not a full-service management company for Medicare programs. Nor are we a consultancy of any kind. 

We simply provide and support a software solution. This tool, which we license to our clients, will be used by your staff to manage various care management programs

That said, we do provide assistance and development training for our product. We want to equip your staff with the software knowledge needed to thrive.        

Know Your Organization’s Goals 

What determines success for your team? Why pursue this?

Do you have the right resources in place? Do you have buy-in throughout your group?

Ask these questions of your team prior to our demo call. See how it responds.

The answers will narrow your focus and enable a nuanced discussion about your needs.

For instance, do you have a designated care manager on staff? And how many patients do you expect to enroll, to justify the cost?

Know What to Expect on the Demo Call

The demo call will occur through Zoom, a video conference platform. 

It will run for approximately 60 minutes, and it will show a mock-up of ThoroughCare’s platform.

All patient data presented in this demo is artificial — created just for presentation.

We’ll review the workflow for whatever care management solutions interest you. We can cover more than one, so long as time allows

The demo can be high-level or granular. 

Typically, we show the enrollment process, care plan creation, and billing, as well as time logging and reporting. 

We also offer best practices regarding common tasks. This is based on feedback from our more than 540 healthcare clients. 

If  ThoroughCare is right for your organization, supplemental demos and training can cover more specific questions.
