ThoroughCare’s Opportunity Analysis: How to Optimize Care Management

When an existing care management program faces challenges, it can be frustrating to determine the cause and identify practical solutions to address specific problems.

What is an Opportunity Analysis?

How is an Opportunity Analysis conducted?

Our Opportunity Analysis is appropriate for any healthcare organization with an existing care management program. This includes primary or specialty care practices, ACOs, care management companies, health plans, and health systems.
