About 2-G Consulting
2-G Consulting Healthcare Solutions provides remote care management services to physician practices and patients across rural communities in Texas to help tackle chronic diseases. Founded in 2021 by Misti and Ben Guenther, 2-G has grown to provide services to 22 healthcare providers and over 3,000 patients. To support their Remote Patient Monitoring program, 2-G also provides Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Principal Care Management (PCM) to help address the chronic diseases prevalent in their patient population.
Diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia are the most common conditions across 2-G's patient population. To help monitor these conditions, 2-G utilizes Tenovi remote monitoring devices, including:

"It is super easy to order the device," Yolanda Lopez, a Clinical Lead for 2-G, says. "And the fact that we can do it directly through ThoroughCare, excellent!"
Through the integration, 2-G can order Tenovi remote monitoring devices and have them shipped to patients from directly within ThoroughCare's software. This simplifies the process for the 2-G team.
2-G has found that Tenovi devices are easy to use by their demographic of patients. "Setting up the device, teaching patients proper positioning, when to take their blood pressure, it's very, very easy," Yolanda says. "I have not had difficulties at all with the Tenovi devices, whether we're receiving readings, or getting the devices shipped."
