About 2-G Consulting

2-G Consulting Healthcare Solutions provides care management services to physician practices and patients across rural communities in south-central Texas. Founded in 2021 by Misti and Ben Guenther, 2-G has grown to provide services to 22 healthcare providers and over 3,000 patients. 2-G provides Annual Wellness Visits, Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to address the chronic diseases prevalent in their patient population.

2-G Consultings mission is to bridge the gap in healthcare to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations or ER visits and reduce medical costs for the patients they serve.
