Principal Care Management (PCM) was started in 2020 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide additional care to patients with a single chronic condition, or to allow a provider to treat a patient with multiple chronic conditions by focusing solely on one of those chronic conditions.

From understanding why a practice would want to implement a PCM program, to who can deliver and bill for services, we'll share the basic knowledge necessary to run a successful and profitable PCM program.
