How Our Software is Priced

ThoroughCare software is priced based on your set-up and hosting structure, the Medicare programs you would like to participate in, and the way you’d like to structure your recurring payments.

There are different ways to purchase ThoroughCare programs. We have plans that support groups of all sizes from 1-provider practices to large ACOs and Health Systems.

Why don't you list program prices on this page?

Simple.  We try to customize pricing that aligns with the:

  • Size of your practice
  • Number of Medicare patients
  • Goals for your programs

We work with groups of all sizes, from small practices to large ACOs and health systems.   During our 30 minute demo, we'll talk about the various pricing plans and help you to find one that makes sense for you.

Do you offer a free trial?

Unfortunately, we don't.  We spend a significant amount of time setting up your site, loading patients and training your staff.  ThoroughCare does 2-year contracts.  But if you decide to cancel within the first 90 days, you can opt out of your contract with no questions asked.  It's the best way to evaluate ThoroughCare without being stuck in a long-term commitment.  This is a great way to evaluate ThoroughCare for 90-days.

What are the payment terms / when is payment due?

The Setup fee is due when signing up.

After the end of each month, we'll invoice you based on your numbers for the previous month. You'll have till the end of the next month to submit payment. In most cases, you should receive your reimbursement from Medicare before our payment is due.

For those who agree to sign up for Automatic payments each month via ACH, we offer an additional discount.

What if the Medicare programs are changed or eliminated?

ThoroughCare will commit to supporting any program changes in our software. If for any reason we're unable to, your contract can be terminated when the changes come into effect.

Each year, Medicare has added additional benefits to the programs that we support. We see no indication of these programs being eliminated any time soon.

Rest assured, if these were to happen, you won't be locked into software that you won't be able to use.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do.

  • 50% off your first month's program fees if you sign up for a 30-minute demo with our rep.
  • Sign up for automatic ACH payments each month and receive an additional 5% discount.
  • Prepay for the entire year's program fees in advance for a 10% discount.

After every demo, we give you a personalized price quote.
