In our pricing above, "pmpm" refers to "per member per month", or qualified monthly patients only.
"Qualified patients" are only the patients that achieved the "20-minute" requirement. If you can't bill Medicare for the patient, we won't count it towards your patient count.
For example: If you have 200 patients enrolled, but only 100 achieved the 20 minute mark ("qualified") during October. ThoroughCare would only charge our CCM fee for the 100 patients, not the 200.
In most cases, No. Data captured in ThoroughCare can easily be downloaded and uploaded to any EHR. We don't charge any setup fees or other costs to share this data.
However, there are a few EHRs that charge us a fee to connect directly. This is typically around $1.00 / pmpm.
If your EHR is one of those, you'll need to purhcase the Enterprise support plan and may be responsible for a small pmpm fee (usually $1).

Yes, as your organization grows and you're confident that our software is a good fit, you might want to lock in lower rates by paying the support fee up-front for one year with a 1-year contract. You can make this switch at any time. If you switch in the middle of the billing cycle, we’ll automatically give you the lower price.
